Hoppy Monk

Belgian style beer with European, American and Australian hops. This dark ale promises a very malty aroma with roasted notes and some tropical fruit hoppiness. With an all rounded flavor, and a balance in notes of licorice, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and earthiness characteristic of stronger Belgian ales. In its finish comes a mix of roasted malts with the bitterness of the hops.
